Our team is a group of highly trained experts in the coffee industry, with multiple degrees of accreditation and education in this industry… well, not really. The backbone of Phoenix Community Coffee Company is a rag-tag team of adventurers living out life obediently to a higher calling. We do not have all the answers and we are not a “mega-roaster.” We are a micro-roaster with a mega vision. Meet the team.

Every pound of coffee purchased through Phoenix Community Coffee is mission grown and ethically traded. From the migrant pickers, the farms and mills, our roasting facility, and our partnering communities, PCC is focusing on providing relief and making a difference around the world.

We operate under the belief that no cause is worth drinking a bad cup of coffee, and as the avid “cupper” will tell you, great coffee begins at the bean. Every bean roasted and distributed as Phoenix Community Coffee is examined at the source.
